We want to use subject lines that truly allude or relate to the content inside the email.
If you start focusing only on click-bate style subject lines, your audience will start to unsubscribe in droves... something we wanna avoid.
So how do you write subject lines that people want to open?
We simply write like a human being!
Or, if you want something a little more tangible...
Curiosity + Relevancy = increase open rates/click rates/sales
EXAMPLES:
- The #1 thing you need to do in your emails... (48.7% open rate/4.7% click rate/10% conversion rate)
- It's planning day! (63.6% open rate/37.3% click rate/5% conversion rate)
