ChatGPT Starter Prompts For Your Online Business

I use ChatGPT daily and my biggest tip for getting the clarity you're seeking is crafting prompts that are as detailed as possible.
The responses you get from Chatty are going to only be as good as the prompts and questions you ask it.
Starter Prompt 1: Generate Business Ideas
Struggling to figure out what business you want to start? This starter prompt is for you.
Before you use it, make sure you only enter passions and skills you genuinely want to start a business around. Chatty won't prompt you for more information or question what you put in there. It's up to you to give it the information and then wait for the response.
Fill in the blanks and ask Chatty for help:
“Hey Chatty, I'm passionate about [your passion] and my skills are [your skills]. I want to start an online business. Can you provide me with 10 different business ideas?”
Chatty will generate a list of business ideas based on your passion and skills.
To narrow down your options, pick one or two that resonate with you and ask Chatty to help you create buyer personas for those ideas as well.
Continue to ask Chatty questions based on what comes up for you as you go through this process.
Don't forget to download the responses and pop them into a Google Doc for safekeeping.
Starter Prompt 2: Identify Target Audiences
If you already have a business idea and an offer but need help identifying target audiences, use this prompt:
“Hey Chatty, I am a [what you do] and my offer is [your offer]. Can you come up with three target audiences I could help with this offer?”
Chatty will provide you with a list of potential target audiences. Pick the one that resonates with you the most and ask Chatty to help you identify their main pain points.
You can take this further and use ChatGPT to develop individual offers for each pain point too. The sky is the limit in terms of what you can ask…
Don't forget: the responses you get will only be as good as your prompt inputs.
Starter Prompt 3: Discover Audience Pain Points
Understanding your audience's pain points is essential for creating effective offers that sell with ease. Use the following prompt to identify the top pain points for your target audience:
“Hey Chatty, I am a [what you do] and my audience is [your target audience]. Can you provide me with the top 10 pain points for this audience?”
Chatty will provide you with a list of pain points. You can then ask Chatty for suggestions on the type of online offers you could create to address each pain point.
Take it further and ask ChatGPT to come up with additional pain points based on each individual offer. You can then ask ChatGPT to create tangible statements, bold promises, and a sales page outline too.
